- Gather up your loyalty information. Do you have the physical card? Perfect!
- Take a photo of your membership card.
- Download the image file to your device.
- Head over to the MSC Loyalty match website and fill out the form, then upload the picture, submit, and wait.
- If you haven’t got an email, follow up in about two weeks. Sometimes you are matched but fail to get notified. If your cruise is rapidly approaching, follow up with a phone call to customer service, but be prepared for extended hold times.

Is the fun Pass for one guest only?
Fun passes are able to be used by more than one person and are an ideal way for families and groups to enjoy the amusement activities.
The fun pass can be shared between your entire group or family, but the value will be stored on whoever’s card/ account that made the purchase.
So if Dad made the purchase, then Dad will need to swipe his card when Timmy and Jane want to bowl, etc.
